Dear Sirs: Recently, I had the occasion to use your service
department for the first time. I was thoroughly impressed with your
customer service. From the receptionist, Tony, and the technicians who
serviced the tractor, everyone worked very hard to tale care of my needs
promptly an{ professionally. I have owned 3 other Kubotas. Now with my
MX954O I was very concerned when it seemed to not perform like a Kubota
should. Fortunately, Tony and his department quickly put me at ease, and
corrected the problem, even when it recurred: All of my Kubotas were
purchased at another dealer, only because I did not know Sealy Tractor.
I assure you, however, if your sales department matches your service
department, I will only buy from Sealy Tractor, even if you charge a
little more than the competition. You are well worth it! - Luther Street
Good Morning Jeff, The mower is great, as you well know. I am very
pleased with it; it cuts very clean and it has a smooth ride. I mowed
with it on Monday, and even though I am not proficient with operating it
just yet, I still got my yard done in a little less time then I could
have with my G1900 4WS. I sincerely appreciate your cooperation and I
truly enjoyed meeting you and Dwayne. I wish you were a little closer -
but no matter the distance I know that I will be doing some business
with you in the future. You do an excellent job of doing things right

Tony, Thanks so much for taking care of the needed repairs on my
M9000. I was extremely pleased that you were able to get to it so
quickly and make all the repairs necessary. When I got to the ranch the
next week, there was my tractor, cleaned, repaired and ready to go to
work. When I got the bill this morning, I was pleasantly surprised with
what I thought was a very reasonable charge for all the work done.
Thanks again for your help, I always know I can depend on you guys to

Jeff, I am loving the tractor. Did you know it can be used to pick
up trash cans at the end of our driveway? This makes even the most

I have purchased more that 10 pieces of equipment from Sealy Tractor
from lawn tractors and mowers to the RTV 1100's. I have always been a
big Kubota fan and when you add the service you get from Jeff and his
team it is a real winning combination. I have tried a couple of brand X
pieces of equipment and can never get the local dealer to pick the
equipment up from my farm and service it on a timely basis. In Sealy
Tractor's case, when I call it is picked up that day and serviced in a
very timely fashion. Jeff, keep up the good work and you have a customer
for life.

Hello Jeff, I just wanted to drop you a quick note and say
how much I like the unit and what a good experience dealing with
you was. I was probably buying the cheapest piece of equipment
out there but I was treated like I was picking up a big tractor.
Fresh wash, full tank of gas, new battery, full walk around with
me, and loading the thing yourself...this is the kind of stuff
that made me feel good about buying from you. 2 keys turned out
to be very important. My 5 year son promptly claimed the cart as
"my new tractor" and kept "his" key in his pocket. He slept with
the key Friday night. Seriously it was a much bigger deal than

Jeff, I have to say I am really impressed with your company.
I've bought several tractors in my time, but I've never enjoyed
the experience. You and your people went above and beyond, with
genuine concern, not the typical glad-handing you expect. I left
impressed, but even more so when you called to make sure I was
happy with my new tractor. Other dealers should take note.
